Shipping Carriers
We use several shipping providers – USPS, UPS, FedEx, and OSM.
Standard Shipping: UPS Ground, U.S. Postal Service, OSM, or FedEx Ground may be used. We cannot determine at the time of your purchase what carrier will be used, so we strongly recommend you use a shipping address that can receive both USPS and UPS/FedEx deliveries.
Two-Day Shipping: UPS or FedEx. Please note there is no weekend or holiday delivery.
Military addresses: USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please make sure to use USA as the country for military addresses.
Canada: We use Frontier, USPS, and Canadian Post. Tracking numbers are currently not available.
P.O. Boxes: We cannot accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address, except military addresses. If you do not receive U.S. Mail at your home address, please be aware that if you select standard shipping, your package may be shipped with USPS.
